The Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) just released the fourth video in its “Travels with Tony” series. This 2-minute-42-second-long video shadows Tony Bouquot, MBMA general manager, as he visits the Hardesty Center for Dance Education. This unique metal building system houses the Tulsa Ballet in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and can be viewed on MBMA's YouTube channel, @MBMAMedia.

“MBMA Building Systems members consistently produce amazing buildings,” notes Tony Bouquot, MBMA general manager, “and the Hardesty Center is one of the most unique I’ve been to. This series is a great way to showcase both the work our members do and the possibilities of a metal building system.”

The latest video in the series documents Tony’s adventures as he visits the Hardesty Center, which serves as the education and outreach facility for the ballet. The 21,000 square-foot metal building features four dance studios, a performance hall, dressing rooms, dance store, a spacious lobby and a waiting area. “A metal building system was ideal for this facility as it was cost effective and able to meet all the needs of the ballet,” adds Bouquot. “It is inspiring to look at and it’s a great space for performance artists to train.”

Previous videos in this series include a visit to Starshine Texas, an events facility in Houston, Texas; a look at Bay Manufacturing’s headquarters and manufacturing buildings in Green Bay, Wisconsin; and a short visit to a metal building manufacturer in New Zealand. The next video in the series will visit the USA BMX Hall of Fame in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In addition to “Travels with Tony,” there are more than 30 videos available for free viewing at MBMA’s YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/@MBMAMEDIA.
